The possibilities for having a baby shower have now stretched from the traditional DIY decorations to elaborate affairs. With Pinterest and celebrity-inspired showers on every social media page, mom’s to be can go absolutely insane with all of the possibilities.
Here are three of the top popular ideas that I’ve seen:
- Unisex baby showers – guys playing a game of who can drink of a baby bottle the fastest is hilarious to witness. Even if they don’t want to participate having a lounge area set aside for them is fantastic
- Neutral colors – not every new mom wants to saturate their child in pinks and blues. Highlight a modern mom’s style by using a neutral color palette.
- Decorating the shower in the colors of the nursery makes a shower extra special. What better way to showcase what you’re thinking about for the little ones’ new room!
