Excellent question! We love working with event coordinators, and we have close working relationships with many in the region. However, clients must know the role onsite coordinators play well in advance of their event. Most event coordinators are available to answer your questions (policies and regulations, catering and menu selection, and payment). On the day of the event, these coordinators are not required to manage event operations. Our job is to ensure that your plans are carried out smoothly and to discretely handle any problems that may arise. Hiring Buzz Worthy Events will allow you to have someone working with you to handle ALL of the aspects of the event (such as favors, sign in books, gift boxes) from beginning to end!
